We’re getting your hand-built timepiece(s) ready for you. Rest assured, we take great pride in building your watch(es) in our Canadian studio and will do our best to get it in your hands as soon as we can!
If your watch is labeled “In Stock” above, it means we have the parts ready and it typically takes us 2-3 business days to hand-build, test, and package your timepiece before shipping.
If your watch is labeled “Special Order” above, we will order the parts once the order is placed and hand-build the watch once we receive the parts. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for this process.
In any case, we will notify you as soon as your order has been shipped and provide you with the tracking details.
